ABC recently ordered a spin-off of 'Once Upon a Time' called 'Once Upon a Time in Wonderland'. ABC Entertainment president Paul lee said that they hit the nail on the head with the casting. The trailer was released today and it is different than I expected it to be. What do you all think?

I think it looks very promising... I will be watching it...
I'm kind of left shrugging and going "ok" after watching that. What's the point of the series? That she tries to find a genie she's in love with? Then what?
I love Once Upon a Time, so there's no question I'll be trying it. The OUATIW (is that the new acronym?) trailer is just ok, but if it's as good as OUAT, I'm there.

Ill watch this tomorrow but I have to say I am so unenthusiastic about it. Hopefully it proves me wrong.
Any word on if Barbara Hershey will appear on this show?
Given what we learned about Cora in season 2, it would make complete sense...

There were parts of the episode that were very unusual like the marshmallow pond but that's Wonderland for you I guess. I really liked the opening scene where Alice appeared as a little girl and wore her iconic blue dress with an apron. Overall, I enjoyed it.

I'll give it another chance, but through most of the episode i kept thinking, "Dear God - yet another hunt in the forest for TRUE LOVE(TM)."

It seems that ABC cannot find a show that can do well in the 8PM EST/7PM CST time-slot.

I thought the show was pretty good. They didn't really set up much of a storyline aside from Alice looking for Cyrus which could get a little boring. I will say I have more feelings toward Alice in one episode than I have for Emma or Snow in 2+ seasons.
The Knave of Hearts is easy on the eyes too which is a plus. I thought he looked super familiar and it turns out he is Lauren Socha's (Kelly on Misfits) brother. They look exactly alike only the looks work much better on a boy.

I enjoyed it.. though honestly I was a bit confused...
so does Victorian London exist in a separate land then our world? kinda like how Dr. Frankenstein is another world? I was just confused as to why the Knave rescued Alice in modern clothes but everyone was dressed like it was still the 1800s or something
Also... was that Storybrooke pre or post curse? Post, right? Hence why the Knave knew who he was? Just triple checking... and was Emma's yellow buggy almost hitting him a throwback to a past episode?
Nearly unwatchable, close enough to awful, cancel it now. The red queens lips are just nearly as wide as the screen, awful.
Hated every unmagical minute of it.
distractingly bad CGI ruined this for me. The story started out with some potential, but tipped into silly. I do agree that Alice drew me in more than Emma ever has.
I didn't hate it, but they need to cut back on the CGI. It was way over the top. I assume Will/Knave had been in the states for a while, hence his modern clothes. Since the title card said it was PRESENT DAY, I assume it takes place in the same time of OUAT. Emma's bug has been stolen. I wonder if she cares?
I'll tune in next week.

but does Alice in in present day??
and yes.. the CGI is pretty bad... especially that last shot when they are walking down the path... i've learned to deal with it from the original OUAT...
