Um, duh. It's designed so she can just rip it off and avenge any wrongs beind done on Hollywood Blvd.
"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."
That picture of Swank was really unflattering, but on camera and in motion, I thought she looked great.
"I've got to get me out of here
This place is full of dirty old men
And the navigators and their mappy maps
And moldy heads and pissing on sugar cubes
While you stare at your books."
Am I the ONLY person who noticed that Emmy Rossum's and Renee Zellwegger's dresses looked frighteningly similar?! The only difference I noticed were the slightly different shades of red.
"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being."

Chalize, Kate Winslet, Gwennie, Laura Linney. I don't like Emmy at all (like you all didn't know that) but she always dresses nicely. They should have had Keira Knightley present instead of Emmy. IMO.
Renee, although I love her, needs to quite with the excessive dieting/exercising. She looks like hell. Poor girl.
And she and Emmy's dresses actually didn't look anything alike. They were red, and had mermaid tail-cuts, but the similarities stop there, I think. Emmy's dress looks exactly like the one Charlize wore to the Golden Globes except hers was a deep blue.
My vote goes to Kate Winslet. She picked a simply stunning gown, and she looked great in it. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen her at an awards show where she looked bad.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one that noticed the HUGEness of Hilary's friends. I kept thinking "how the hell did she strap those things down for Boys Don't Cry."
