Obama Appoints Monsanto's VP as FDA Senior Advisor

This really is nuts. If you know anything about Monsanto, you know they are pretty much public enemy #1 when it comes to big corporation processed and genetically modified food production.

Folks, it just keeps getting more insane.

Michael Taylor was just appointed senior advisor to the commissioner of the FDA. This is the same man that was in charge of FDA policy when GMO's were allowed into the US food supply without undergoing a single test to determine their safety. He "had been Monsanto's attorney before becoming policy chief at the FDA [and then] he became Monsanto's Vice President and chief lobbyist. This month [he] became the senior advisor to the commissioner of the FDA. He is now America's food safety czar. This is no joke."

Oh PalJoey how I wish your statement would come to fruition. Granted Obama hasn't had the utmost cooperation from others as it is, but it's slowly sinking in that I don't think the guy has a clue.

I supported Hilary completely until she conceded, then I gave Obama my support. I have TRIED my best to stay positive, but I don't think he can come back at this point. I don't think another democrat will legitimately run against him and I don't want a Republican president, so what the heck do we do?

He has been from day one exactly what he was all along - a corporate puppet to giants like Goldman Sachs and the biggest defense contractors, and a slave to religion. There is no surprise in any of his actions, except to those who saw what they hoped for, instead of what was.
