Trump questions Obama's birth certificate,his grades and whether or not he 'deserved' to go to Harvard,and he has question if Obama REALLY wrote his two books. Trump questions EVERYTHING our first African American President has done. I'd like to ask what proof the Donald has to question all of this stuff. The "Liberal Media" so far have not bothered to ask him. IMO, Donald 'I have a great relationship with the Blacks' is a racists.

It's amazing to me how Trump is now saying he did america a huge favor. The arrogance is astounding, even by Trump's standards.

Douglas Brinkley pleaded for NBC to dump The Apprentice and Lawrence O'Donnell wanted NBC executives to give an answer now about whether The Apprenctice gets renewed. Ballsy on Lawrence's part but I hope Douglas Brinkley and other people pull out of going on Meet The Press or other NBC programs until the situation is settled. Even Brian Williams seems really spiteful that he has to report it and the fact NBC is trying to use it as a ratings asset.

I watched Lawrence O'Donnell last night and he tore into Trump, like he has now for weeks, in a big way. It was beautiful and yes, it took a lot of guts. It's a great video but kind of long. Well worth the time to hear him go after Trump in such a brutal manner.

nygrl232, I'm no legal or constitutional expert by any means, but I don't think so. As much as I am completely appalled by Donald Trump's unfounded accusations regarding, and downright disrespect of, President Obama, my understanding is that it's all protected free speech and therefore not illegal. What would definitely be illegal is if he threatened bodily harm against the president.
