okay, got this email, but the time stamps on my emails are really screwy so not sure when he sent this or where the "ten min." he mentions stands as of now, so keep that in mind, but he said to tel you all that ..
"the software is not cooperating. Thinks there are already three persons from my location logged on..
It's telling me to wait ten minutes."
So that's what was/is going on.
