Back...I was doing some research online for my mom...which took a while. Well, with the GIFs...the computer just hates them. Same thing with pictures, too. Every picture I post comes up like this: [X]

The x thing happens to everyone, when they get lazy and hotlink, its not your computer...use your photobucket account, you should see mine it looks like a freakin' circus...

Okay, not to 'preach' here, but ... Hot linking is a no-no. It's band-width theft. Site owners (Greg, for instance) pay for their site's band-width usage. Hot-linking can use extra bandwidth and thus potentially cost a site owner extra dough. Greg's site is set up to prevent hot-linking. If you try to hotlink directly to a JPG or GIF that's on his site, it won't work. Webmasters do this to avoid hotlinks / bandwidth theft.
