re: The Zipper Factory to Close Without Warning

That's a shame, it's such a unique place! It just felt so warm and cozy to be in there.
re: Sweeney Todd to hit theaters on 12/21/07

I can't wait.
re: Is Mamma Mia worth seeing?

I was so excited to see the tour...well, BEFORE I saw it. I don't have any of their CDs or anything, but I enjoy ABBA. But I loathed the show. Not even the songs redeemed the corny acting, and horrible plot. I would never sit through it again.
re: Jay Douglas As 'Man In Chair' ---

I didn't think he sounded British...
re: Selling 2 All Shook Up tour tickets.

I wasn't asking for anyone's opinion on the show. If you're not interested in the tickets that's fine. You're not offending me in the least.
Selling 2 All Shook Up tour tickets.

Two tickets for the March 22nd performance in Raleigh, NC. Cost is $120 for the pair. Section B, row M, seats 3 & 4.

re: Jacques Brel Closing 2/25

Me, too!
re: Saw Production of Madama Butterfly

Madama Butterfly was my first, too. I saw it with a tenor named Dinyar Vania. Anyone else familiar with him? He's back this season with La Boheme. I started working props on the show last night, actually. I'm in awe having Dinyar walk past me. It's great. And there's a good chance I'll get to do props again for Carmen in a few months. I'm excited!

re: Male U/S Goes On for Female Role at Evil Dead

That's awesome. It makes me even more sad that the show is closing. Such a great cast!

re: Adam in Cabaret?

Neil Patrick Harris is also my favorite Emcee.
John Stamos is my least favorite. Profile for chrrymn | BroadwayWorld Message Board

re: Evil Dead: The Musical to End Off-Broadway Run Feb. 17

I got to see the show November 2nd, when Bruce did his talkback. It was so much fun! I didn't expect it to be as good as it was! I'm looking forward to the cast album. Shame it didn't last longer. Profile for chrrymn | BroadwayWorld Message Board
re: Will Jacques Brel Be Alive in May?

Almost anything? Almost? Shame on you. Drew can do no wrong.

re: Will Jacques Brel Be Alive in May?

I saw Brel when Drew was in it. Amazing. Super cute theatre, too.

re: Most Precious Broadway Possession

My favorite possession is the Sweeney Todd Easter bonnet.
re: Patti LuPone's 'Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda' Concert

You must see it! I saw it January 5th. Nevermind the songs, her stories alone are worth seeing it! Here's what she sang that night.

Opening (parts of "Dainty June and Her Farmboys" and "An English Teacher")
A Wonderful Guy
Don't Rain on my Parade
Easy to be Hard
Audition song for Julliard
Meadowlark
A Boy Like That/I Have a Love
Never Never Land
Don't Cry for Me Argentina
I Was Here
Oh What a Beautiful Morning
Trouble
Soliloquy

re: Producers Tour REVIEW 1/19/07 *Knoxville*

I was so excited when they announced the line up this year. I'd hoped to see most of them. Now I find myself broke and unemployed. I did see the recent tours of Peter Pan and Mama Mia, though. I wish I had that $$$ back, so I could see a GOOD show. I hope I can find some way to round up money for Hairspray!
re: 'Look Who's Evil Now!:' A Visit with Evil Dead's Ryan Ward

I read that the other day, totally made me love him even more! I bet he'd make a hot Hedwig. I wish I lived closer to NYC, I'd love to see the show again!
re: company vs sweeney todd

I think the concept works well for both shows, but I enjoyed it better in Sweeney. With a smaller cast it was easier (for me, anyway) to acknowledge the instruments. Not that it was distracting, I just loved to watch them play from time to time. But in Company, there was so much going on that sometimes I forgot they were playing! Company is wonderful...but there's nothing like the first time.
