Woot I have a snow day! I would go run around outside but this is there is ice in this storm. Right now as I look out side my window it's just snowing. When I got up there was sleet and it will be doing that all day.

Hey, guys.
For all of you asking about the site: the domain name was close to expiring, and I hadn't updated it in a while, so I thought it best that I would close it. I couldn't really support it financially, and didn't have the time for it anymore. People can still get their JB fix though, because JBB is still going strong.
Hope you guys aren't mad at me!

Anyone know the quotes from the final scene of the show. The one from Nick Massi or the one in which someone: Frankie? says "Chasing the music, just trying to get home." I'm redoing my instant message profile.

I'm in San Diego on vacation right now and it is 71 degrees outside! Much better than 13 like it was in NYC yesterday.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I just spent 9 hours on the turnpike driving on a trip that usually takes me 5 hours. Oh well...I got the night off from work out of it

Hey everyone! I'm on vacation this week from school(thank God). Today was another run through of Cats. It went much better than last week, but there is still more work to be done. Opening night is March 1st.

The best of luck with Cats, Erin! Yesterday was our opening night for Annie, and it went so well. There were two performances, and both went so well.
Andrew, it's so great to hear nice things about John Gallagher. He's from my home state, and acted with a local theatre company when he was younger, so he's become one of my role models for making it to Broadway.

Hey guys. I went and saw Talk Radio last night and it was AMAZING. Liev Schreiber is so unbelievably talented and I am so glad that he is sticking on Broadway for a while. Sorry, I am just so giddy over this show and him and didn't know where to post it.

Hey everyone!
I got home from New York at like 2 last night. Our flight there on Jet Blue was delayed because they didn't have flight attendants. So I didn't end up getting to the city until Friday evening, but then our baggage was on a different flight so we didn't get to our hotel until Friday night. I was supposed to see Spring Awakening, but we got there too late, so I just met the cast instead :]]. They were so friendly!!
On Saturday I saw Jersey Boys. John was phenomenal, and so were the others. Bobby Spencer wasn't there, but I saw John Leone and he was great! I saw the show again on Sunday :]] and all four of the guys were there. It was so incredible. I don't think I will ever get tired of this show.
I got a backstage tour from John on Saturday night, which was the most amazing thing ever. It was amazing standing on stage looking out in the audience. John had a lot of interesting things to say. Ahhh I want to go back so badly!!
Also, when I met Christian, he asked where we were from, and it turns out that Christian's first house was in my hometown! Haha, it's very exciting since there is nobody exciting from here.
Before the show on Saturday, we met up with my voice teacher and his family for dinner at the Delta Grill. Two of his sister in laws are stage managers for Chicago and Hairspray, so one gave us a really short (but really cool) backstage tour of hairspray (we briefly met Ashley Parker Angel). At the restaurant, as we were leaving, I looked over and saw Michael Longoria. It didn't say anything to him cause he was with people and I didn't want to interrupt him.
I saw Drowsy Chaperone, too. It was hilarious and so cute.
I want to go back to New York sooo badly! My weekend was too short :[[

John talked about how Frankie's a private person, but that he (John), as an actor plays the more vulnerable side of the role because that's what the audience wants to see. He also told us that Jersey Boys is one of the few shows on Broadway to play while the theatre's name is changed and that he just got two playbill's framed that are exactly the same except one says Virginia Theatre and the other says August Wilson Theatre. Then he showed us below the stage where all the wigs are (there are tons!) He says he wants to open for the LA cast (which you guys already know) and he asked where in California I was from and he said he was born in Sac. which is near where I live.
He was so friendly!! Definitely something I will never forget.

There was so much we didn't get to do since we were just there for the weekend, but the main thing I did was see shows, which was perfect for me. hahaha.
