You guys should get one, but it's so addicting.
I absolutely love this Q&A with JLY from the Brown Alumni Magazine. He always gives such thought-provoking answers. His response to what he likes about acting is my favorite, but I also liked what he said about his alma mater. The latter is a testament to education, its role in helping to people discover who they are and where their passions lie.
Celebrity Jeopardy with JB this week--I'm excited!
And the picture with Jen Naimo and JLY from the first anniversary party on Jen's blog is precious. Mary and Frankie forever (on stage, at least....)!

Those pictures were great.
I really wish I could have seen Broadway Unplugged. They recorded it right? Since the other two are out I would think that this one should be on CD soon but you never know.
Hey girls! This is the best week of my life! Because I now have 25 friends on my myspace! Also some other things but it's top secret. I now have an ear infection in my left ear! It's from sinus infections! I'll be watching Jeoperdy! I can't wait!
Also my friend Megan & I were passing notes yeaterday in class and here were some of the question........
Is he Hott?
YES!
Where does he live?
NYC
How old is he?
30
What is he famous 4?
Playing Frankie Valli in JERSEY BOYS.
Also on Wedensday on 60s Vibrations SIRIUS 6 had a Top 3 countdown ans this song was no.2 but it was no.1 this week... Here are the songs in order from 3 to 1.
3. He's A Rebel by The Crystals
2. Return To Sender by Elvis
1. Big Girls Don't Cry by The 4 Seasons
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you girls remember this but.........Happy Birthday to Bob Gaudio! Today I heard the song Short Shorts and I was like, "Hey it's his b.day! Happy 64th Bobby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I SAW THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they came out, I screamed! I was pointing at John so that my Oma knows what he looks like. I was NOT taking my eyes off the screen. *sighs*

I also saw them and they were great. Is it just me or were those questions way to easy? I mean I knew almost all of the answers.
Those questions were definitely too easy.
I dunno if I can link this here, but I linked a video on my site that has press reels from Jersey Boys in La Jolla with David Norona playing Frankie! It's so interesting to watch him, because he's a lot different than JLY. They interview Bobby and Daniel, and it's just really great :). I downloaded it for my iPod - made my day :)!
I was looking on JERSEY BOYS Blog and it had a link to a video of The Royal Teens singing Short Shorts and all they say is the same 3 to 5 lines over and over again! I think that's cool that a song like that was a HUGE hit. Also Bobby looked sooo cute back then! I had to confess that. I still can't believe that Bobby is 64! He looks a bit younger.......
John was so good on Jepordy. He's amazing no matter what.
does anyone know if it is him who runs his myspace? or is it someone else that runs it for him?
I know........but you should know!

Elle- I saw that video today. Very cool to see what the show was like back then and what it's like now. David Norona sounded great. Why didn't he go on to do the Broadway production again?
ooooooooh! oooooooh! oooooooooh! I know! I know! I know! Let me tell it! He had to do T.V. show but.........it clunked after 2 episodes. I'm smart! *Go me Go me*
I'm now obsessed with the song "Short Shorts!" My friends were like "Kristina, you look like that girl in the video!" Well, I was singing it to them and doin'the dance moves that she does. I heard it this morning......again!
Elle, thanks for providing the link to that *great* video! It's fun to see the La Jolla production, and Bobby and Daniel's interview is fantastic.
Not sure about David Narona--did he prefer not to switch coasts and to stay in California b/c of family and the LA film & television culture? I agree--he sounded great.
The Frankie Valli actor switch from La Jolla to Broadway is another reason I really admire JLY. He recognized JB's potential for Broadway, kept working hard, and when the opportunity came around again, he seized it and has made the most of it. :) He's provided a wonderful example of how to attract great things in your life (with success being the combination of opportunity meeting preparation and perseverance, as he once said).
Right now my friend is in line trying to snag us rush or standing room tickets for JB tonight! I hope he gets them!
Good luck! Still obsessed with that song.............

I hope you got tickets for tonight's show, antiandrew. I was excited to finally see a JB performance on TV, since I had missed everyone beforehand. I thought they sounded great, as usual.
I'm just on myspace. Carole Ann posted a comment and she said that she donated $10.00 and she got a Playbill signed by ALL cast members! I'm gonna donate my $10.00 check that I got for my b.day! I don't care what Mommie Dearest says!
John updated his Blog!!!!!!!!!!!1 Yay!

Hi girls!

That's cool about the Playbill. I saw the show a few weeks ago and I donated a few dollers. Anyone know what the other shows are selling? I keep on checking the JB Ebay page and they have some great things there. I would love to have the signed script.

Awesome about the Playbill Carole. I'm thinking of just borrowing some money to donate. At least it's for a great cause.
Hey girls! I now have 25 friends and some of them are Lisa Marie Presley (she's Elvis's daughter!) & Shoshana Bean. I also added Ronnie Spector (The Ronettes) but I think she's not online now.
I hope I donate the money on time. When I was looking all the names, I noticed you girls and his younger sister Gillian! I was like "Aww, she's trying to help her big brother!"
I saw the show last night! My friend got a SRO ticket and his friend bought one for me!
It was amazing, as usual.
John was so nice and funny after the show last night. I love him.
I love him ,too! Who doesn't! What did he say to you?
