Kathryn, did you get a chance to ask Nathan about the role he plays? He's listed as "Ralph Knuckles and others".
Great interview
Thanks guys! I hope they catch them too!! I'll let you know what happens :-/
btw I might be seeing JB for my fourth time next Saturday night
Also, I hope you all have a GREAT THANKSGIVING! I won't be around much tonight! Don't eat too much!!

No I didnt but that it isn't to late, I will have to send him that, thanks elle.
Hi everyone!
Kathryn, that interview is fantastic! Thank you for posting.
HEROES is a show that I've only seen once. Not because I didn't like it, but b/c it airs on a night that I'm usually in class, so I've fallen behind. But I love the character of Hiro. It's neat that JLY has that connection-friendship from his college days!
If there is a JERSEY BOYS movie, I really want the Broadway OBC in it.
Happy Thanksgiving, all! I will try to post more next week. I feel like I haven't been around as much lately....

Same here! That would be great.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
If there is a movie, I would love for John to be in it! :)

I heard about the explosion on the bus home today. I was a little confused of what happened because I only heard some of what the guy said. I'm glad no one was seriously hurt.
I hope you had fun at CATS tonight, Kristina!
That was nice interview, Kathryn. I really enjoyed reading it.
I think I'd like to see a Jersey Boys movie in the future, but like Judy said, have it with the original Broadway cast.
Elle I asked him about the role and this is what he told me
I'm officially listed as "Knuckles and Others", meaning I'm an ensemble track. I do a bunch of small supporting things in the show, such as:
-detective
-Brill Building Publisher who disses the seasons before they hit it big
-Ralph Knuckles, a bouncer at a club
-Billy Dixon, who sings "Trance" at the recording sessions
-Guitarist for Boy Friends Back
-Sax player for "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You"
Additionally, I'm a patron at some bars and a guitarist for "Who Loves You".
So that's the detailed answer. Basically, Im the guy in the ensemble who does all the little things. And remember, there are no small parts, only small actors!
I am also getting interivews with, Taylor, John, Brandon, and Erich, will see about the rest of them
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Hey HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE
Yeah, they did a wonderful job!!!!!!! Great spot they did it at too! Glad I taped it too LOL! I never heard Bobby sing solo, he was great! I love his voice! They all have great voices
Thats funny what your Mom did LOL! Aww! My sisters friends Mom, loves Christian Hoff too, I can imagine her doing that too LOL!
Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!
Thanks for asking him that, Kathryn! I guess they're dividing roles, then, because some of those roles belong to other tracks, like Billy Dixon.
Looking forward to seeing the interviews!
Anyone watching the parade? The Boys did so fantastic on CBS - I absolutely loved how they did it, and how they got everyone to sing. And John did the high note!
Also, did anyone see Dominic Nolfi on NBC's coverage when they advertised for "You're the One That I Want"? He was one of the "Greasers" and was right behind Al.
Happy Thanksgiving, guys!
Hey everyone!! HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!
Missed the guys performing, but thank God for Tivo
Anyway. Good news. Saw the show on Tuesday night (it has been a year since I first saw the show and Tuesday's performance was one of the best I have seen...these guys just don't stop lol). Anyway. At the stage door I was talking with Daniel when he told me that on December 18 at 10 at the Metropolitan Room he was having a holiday show!! It is called Christmas in Black and White and he's going to be performing classic holiday tunes from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. It is 20 bucks a ticket. I am there. I hope others can attend
I was also shocked because John Lloyd was in jeans and a T-shirt. LOL. Everytime I have seen him he has been in a blazer and such haha.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw the BOYS and I was like "John looks different." It could just be the sun ,but anyway they were great! I started to sing along and it was weird. Also John's hand gestures that he does during 'Dawn' are cute! now Shannon and I are doing that like crazy!
I saw CATS last night and IT WAS GREAT! We were near the front and the lighting was cool! The people were always in and out of the audiance! The Tugger was always looking at me! Also I was very close to the character Mungojerrie because he was right next to us! We had such a great time and while we were going home guess who we were talking about! We were talking about.......John of course! As always! LOL.
Glad you had fun, Kristina. I thought that John looked different too, but I think it's just the makeup (I personally think they all look fine without it ).
Ok, so I have a question and it may sound silly, but oh well. Were the guys lipsynching? I know that if they were, it obviously wasn't to the OBCR and they must have recorded it specifically for the parade or something, but there were times when I thought that they were, but then there would be moments where it seemed like it was live. Plus, there weren't any musicians, even though I guess they could have been off camera. Either way, they were great . But what do you guys think?
Oh, and hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

John's latest blog entry is really touching and very inspirational.
Among many other things I am thankful for, I too am grateful that JB has brought us together in friendship and enthusiasm, and that positivity is spreading to helping important causes.
The cast was WONDERFUL on CBS this morning! I was also glad that we knew when the segment was going to air, so that I wasn't getting too impatient waiting for JB.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
My stupid vcr recorded channel 2 instead of CBS! but I saw it on John's blog (which was very heartwarming). I thought the boys were GREAT! I liked the little opening segment. It was cute. I thought I heard somewhere that the performers lipsync at the thanksgiving day parade. Whether or not that is true, I have no idea.
I'm glad we got to see them as a part of the parade today!
About John's blog, I think it's wonderful that he's doing so much for BC/EFA. It's amazing when people use their 'famousness' (I can't think of the right word) for a good cause. John seems like such a genuine person.
Hope everyone had a great day!
Hello everyone, hope you all had a good thanksgiving!
Tomorrow morning me and my friend are going to rush for Jersey Boys in the wee hours of the morning! Wish us luck! When I see John I will send him a big hello from everyone on this thread. :)
Good luck tomorrow, antiandrew!
And speaking of rush, I was just wondering if anyone could make a list of times for each day when it is "safe" to be at the August Wilson if you want to get rush tickets. I think there was one a while back on the main board, but I searched and couldn't find it again. Plus, the times would probably need to be updated by now anyway, since I think it was for the old rush policy. Figured I'd ask here before I posted on the main board, since there are already so many threads on JB rush. I have no idea when/if I'll be seeing the show anytime soon, but I figured it would be useful anyway. Thanks guys!

Happy Thanksgiving all! I hope everyone had a great day.
They were lipsyncing. That what people half to do during a parade. If I had to do that I would be like "I can't lipsync! That's surprisingly hard to do, for me at least." But they still did great!
<-----------
I hope you all like my new photo! I'm with my baby! Well he's my cousin Jen's baby. But anyway. Isn't he cute! I wonder who he looks like.
Yeah, I knew that if they were actually performing at the parade, like on a float or on the street or something, they would be lipsynching, but just figured I'd ask.
And cute picture, Kristina!
John posted a comment on my myspace page.
My friend just called me and told me he got two student rush tickets for the show tonight!!

Now two of my friends made a comment about my picture on myspace saying that I'm cute! Any who I think I'm gonna get a letter from John this weekend or Monday. I usually a mail a letter to him on a Monday or Tuesday and I get a letter from him on a Saturday or Monday. So I wonder what he's gonna write........
I think the reason why John looked different is that well, you know when you wake up in the morning you look a little different and it takes a couple of hours to get your daily face back. I think that's why. Plus with the sun in his eyes.
Just to let some of you know.......John skips the day performances of JERSEY BOYS.
antiandrewx I dont think I welcomed you to the thread or not but anyway welcome, good to see some more Jersey Boy fans.
Ok, so I have a question and it may sound silly, but oh well. Were the guys lipsynching?
Yes I am pretty sure the were lipsynching, I am sure they were siging but they did not have mics. They did a great job!
I just got the interview back from Erich Bergen, I posted it on the tours myspace page. He is really nice and really great to talk too!
Kathryn, it's good that we all have these connections with both casts!
