Okay well Aviator is gonna get best picture probably.
I love Sandy Powell. Too bad she didn't win for Velvet Goldmine.

I hope White Chicks wins Best Movie.
I had heard that they were spicing things up this sear with a variety of presenting methods. All nominees on stage, or presenter in the audience or the old-fashioned way where you come up if you win. To save time they say, we'll see.
ok i had no interest in the aviator until that small bit with cate. I'm a sucker for impressions/ characterizations.
*passes Allie the bowl* Spinach and artichoke dip anyone?
I predict Aviator for Best Picture, Clint for Best Director.

Thanks, Tiff. Natalie Portman's adorable, isn't she?
I want some pizza. I can smell it coming in my window...

That's what I predict too, Tiff. Or else the other way 'round - Marty for Director, M$B for Picture. Or else Ray. Or maybe Sideways. Or Finding Neverland. No, not Finding Neverland.
I was just going to say that Allie. Natalie Portman screams understated, classy, classic beauty. Wow.
*passes Ep pizza* I have pizza squares baking in my oven.
Ugh...this is so predictable. She shouldn't have won. BOO.

Yeah...she was in Star Wars... Updated On: 2/27/05 at 09:24 PM
YAY! Cate! She should have had the Oscar for Elizabeth though.
Yay for Tiff! Oh man, why didn't I fly to Vancuover and have pizza at your place. Hungrrrryyy
Yes, Cate Blanchett. I've been saying she can do anything. The next Streep. Her speech - short, sweet, sincere and classy.
Hmmm. I adore Blanchet, that award belonged to Natalie Portman this year.
As much as I respect and admire classy and understated, I'm kind of aching for a swan dress or profanity or wardrobe malfuncion or something. (Rock didn't get bleeped at ALL!) Otherwise Monk is calling my name.
Tiff and Ellie... I'm predicting just the opposite. Best Director: Scorcese, and Best Picture: Million Dollar Baby. Let's see what happens.
I agree. Cate should have had it years ago, same with Morgan. Natalie and Clive should have had em this year.

Curtain, I definitely think that those two awards will be going to two different movies, I'm just not totally sure which to who!

Wow, munkustrap is upset.
First, when did I say anything about Beyoncé and race?? Exactly.
Second, who seems to be holding the grudge on racism?? Exactly.
