Posted: 2/27/05 at 10:34pmThat was pretty terrible. I really didn't care for that song. The Academy is trying to be so eclectic with their Best Song choices. What was wrong with Old Habits Die Hard from ALFIE by Mick Jagger? At least it's catchy. It even won the Golden Globe.

I didn't like Beyonce's rendition of the POTO song.
The song is a sad ballad. She doesn't know how to sing a ballad. What was with the arm movements at the beginning. It was like she was trying to groove to the tune.
It's a sad song not a dance tune. There should have been melancholy in her voice...not attempt to search for places to riff.
Not a good "show" of the song.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

I much prefer the John Stamos commercial where he's half-naked which is quite hot, but that's just me.
