re: oh, the hypocricy

The mods can't be here all the time. Keep in mind that Rodney's supposedly the sock puppet of someone who's been deleted before- maybe this time we'll get a full-out IP ban.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Now Rodney's "Homo" thread has disappeared. But has Rodney??? Hope springs eternal.

Well ain't that some sh*t.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Good morning, everyone.

I hope everyone got a good night's sleep.

Interestingly enough, I had 5 pm's this morning and only one of them unpleasant.

re: oh, the hypocricy

It is indeed a good morning to discover this thread, read through it and see all of Rodney's earliest posts blank.

Were that every morning, I would give up coffee.

re: oh, the hypocricy

hate to break it to ya, but I deleted them.

they were not deleted by the thought police.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Still... a beautiful day.

Could you keep going and delete the rest of them? I'll give up all my anti-depressants. You'd save me a bundle in therapy bills.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Zola... it works even better when you block his screen name in your settings. After repeated complaints to the administrators for abuse, I decided if they weren't willing to do anything about it, then the least I could do is save myself the agita of having to wade through his sub-human ramblings. God knows what he's saying about me. But... I'll never know.

P.S. This has to be one of the poorest managed boards I've ever come across. How someone like that is allowed to continue posting their hateful and hurtful messages is beyond me. The board administrators are useless.

re: oh, the hypocricy

CurtainUp's posts are useless...
But I don't block him, because I need something to laugh at, every once and a while.

Perhaps the board mods will delete his account, since he's attacking people (themselves included). But we're in a pansy liberal country where people would claim he was deleted for espousing beliefs, not just because he was belligerant and insulting.

I'll say it agian... it's a FREE FORUM! What do you want, a refund?

Keaton, I don't mean to rebut you because you're at least open minded, but I have not attacked the mods personally.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Rodney - I believe ck is refering to the people who are attacking YOU.

Actually, the "his" and "he's" in question was our virulent friend CurtainUp. It's Curty that's been bashing the mods, who create and fund this site that we all love, on every thread possible.

re: oh, the hypocricy

Does the fact that Charles Rangel, (DEMOCRAT) is behind the bill to bring back the draft matter?
#142

re: oh, the hypocricy

You think it's just Democrats who are against the draft? Or that all non-Republicans are against it? I'm on record saying that if a draft is truly needed, I wouldn't resist it.
#143

re: oh, the hypocricy

Thridrowcenter, I didn't say that the Republicans were all for the draft and/or that all Democrats were against it.

I was simply stating that anyone who is for the Iraq War, but wouldn't fight in it under any circumstance, even if they are 18-36ish, are full of cowardice, selfishness and hypocrisy.

re: oh, the hypocricy

They should bring back the draft as I am imune.
#145

re: oh, the hypocricy

Stick I agree with that.
#146

re: oh, the hypocricy

And why is that, Rod?
#147

re: oh, the hypocricy

Why should they bring it back or why am I immune?
#148

re: oh, the hypocricy

He's immune because he's served in the military. I'd find it slightly hilarious if I went through tons of trouble to get out of one draft only to get stuck in another. Oh, well.

But hey, here's something to chew on: The only two countries with universal drafts are Israel and North Korea, both small countries with tons and tons of military enemies. The U.S. sure fits that pattern.

re: oh, the hypocricy

"get out of one draft"

Are you referring to Vietnam?

If so then you are too old to worry about it now.

I think the age cutoff under the current law is 28 or so.

re: oh, the hypocricy

I think s/he was talking about the Israeli draft.
