A Federal Judge out of Ohio has ruled that the same sex marriage ban is unconstitutional. It's a very narrow ruling that deals with death certificates, but it's opens the doors for same sex marriage. I'd assume they could start right away. No word on if anyone has applied.

It's the first step TO opening that door. From that article, it seems that Ohio cannot UNdo, what another state has allowed. They have to recognize legal marriages from other states.

It's premature to add Ohio to the list, but the fact that they will have to recognize same-sex marriages from other states is clearly a step in the right direction.
