How does Obama use the constitution as a doormat?

The constitution says the executive branch cannot legislate. Obama changes the law by waiving the employer mandate thereby changing the law on his own.
His action re illegal immigrants right before the election ( wink wink) was another example.
Listen and read something other than mainstream media which overlooks these little faux paus

It really makes me el oh el that you just suggested I should watch something other than "mainstream media" considering I rarely watch mainstream media to be begin with.
As others have explained, the law still stands. Delaying it's implementation is different than legislating.
His action regarding immigrants was an executive order. Is that something you oppose from all Presidents or just Obama?

The law stands but Obama changed it which is unconstitutional
I oppose what he did for all presidents. It was an election ploy just like his sudden seeing the light on the DOMA again right before the election. I have nothing against him as a person but I believe his policies are misguided. In addition, you do not get the other side to work with you when senators like Reid and Durbin resort to name calling
Boehner is about as useless as a screen door on a submarine and should be replaced. The GOP needs to pass the Senate bill and increase the limit. Than it needs to get control of the senate to make real spending reforms. Obama thinks you can just keep borrowing forever with no consequence. If China stops lending what we are going thru now will be (pardon the pun) a tea party compared to what happens if they pull the plug.

No. Obama does not think that. And the deficit is down 50 percent since he became president. I have nothing against Roxy personally, but the sound bites he is parroting are wrong.

Mr Roxy, you recommend switching from the mainstream media.
Where would you recommend?

Sue?Mikey makes her own case- the charts she posts show the "Obama years'" as starting in 2008 but Obama was sworn in in January 2009 and was under Bush's budget until July of 2009. The worst of the Bush Budget crisis was 2008-2009.

Budgets are made for the coming year. This is elemental and basic accounting 101.
2010 is the first year that Obama is responsible for the budget. The 2008 budget was created in 2008.

Don't worry Jay, someone I know posted on Facebook that ABC, CNN, NBC, and CBS were all liberal and biased. So, I guess that only leave Fox and Fox News as unbiased. Excuse me while I go fall off my couch laughing so hard.

Well, your friend is partially correct regarding the "biased" list. They just forget to add Fox News. All of those networks whoring for ratings are biased (on both sides) and should never be taken at face value. In my opinion.
