Alright, here's the deal. I got quoted in the newspaper today talking about cliques at my school. But they took alot of it out of context and now i'm scared that people are going to be mad at me for saying what I did. Here's the quote:
"`At Alleman, the crazy thing is that we really don't have a lot of cliques,'' says Ms. Osborn. ``I mean, the jocks are also the drama stars. A good example is this kid named Nic Anderson ... He's in football, drama, speech team and is the school mascot ... He's also one of the most well-known kids at Alleman.

``Plus, Alleman is so small that it's kinda hard to have cliques ... We still have the pretty, hot girls ... They like to hang out a lot by themselves ... But mostly the cliques are the groups from grade school ... i.e., the Jordan kids hang out with the kids they knew from Jordan, etc.'' "

Do you guys think that kids will be pissed?

Was that a fat joke?

If you feel that you've been misquoted, write a letter to the editor! My school's newspaper is misquoting people all the time, it's no way to run a newspaper, highschool or otherwise!

"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being." --Phylicia Rashad
