Anyone stayed here? Honest thoughts?
I'm staying here on vacation in a couple of weeks. I think I made a good choice.

the rooms are so small you can't open the door without hitting the bed. That's not me being snarky, you literaly can't open the door all the way. Still, the location is great and the staff is very attractive.
Oh, and the elvators are each a different color.

Posted: 5/3/07 at 9:14amI LOVE the Paramount. For the price, you cannot beat it. The rooms are small, but who is sitting in their room? It is a hop, skip, and a jump from all the theatres so it is easy to hit your room between shows. I will always stay there. The rooms are modest, but the hotel itself is very cute, the staff is super friendly. I will be back there in July. You'll love it.

The Paramount is a great hotel. I do not remember the room being any smaller than any other upscale, contemporary hotel room. I do remember that the room was very white.
The staff is indeed attractive, the bar is pricey but nice, the workout area is small, and the men's bathroom in the lobby is, well, the cruisiest spot in Manhattan.

Posted: 5/3/07 at 1:34pmI also love the Paramount. The rooms ARE small but for the price it can't be beat, plus it's very close to most theaters. Hope you have a good trip!!

Posted: 5/3/07 at 2:45pmCaroline-Q, the allure here isn't holes; it's mirrors.

Posted: 5/3/07 at 3:36pmI never went into the lobby restrooms. Now I'll have to check out the mirrors next time I am there. :)
