I am not a big fan of Ariel Sharon.

But recently, he has made some inroads in the Peace process.

According to Pat, he is now being punished by God for his "soft stance on Israel." The assassination of Rabin is also cited by Psycho Pat as evidence of Divine Punishment.

Pat, rot in Hell. You definately will be going there.

I'd like to know how Pat knows that Sharon's illness is a punishment from God.

Now I almost can't wait for ol' Pat to have a stroke. Then we can all write him about how strokes are punishments from God, as we learned from him.

You know what really pisses me off?

Jews who do not understand the basis for the Bush Administration's support of Israel. It has nothing to do with Israel itself, but instead, just making sure all of the pieces are in place so that the prophecies in the Bible come true.

I have had fights will other Jews about this, and have had to go and pull statements by Falwell or Robertson (not sure which one) reiterating this fact. I.e., the Jews, we need them now, the have to be in Jerusalem in order for the prophecies to be fulfilled, but once Christ comes back, they are all going down unless they accept him as their personal savior.

Made some of them think twice about the Bush Administration's motives.

JRB - maybe she loved you, and of course, that is punishable in the warped minds of Robertson and Falwell.

You are correct, You Want. My Christian Grandma did indeed love her gay grandson. That's why God made her have a stroke.

F*CK you, Pat Robertson, and **** the way you and the brain-dead troglodytes you inspire pick and choose events that convenience you as evidence of "God's will". F*CK you for getting off on the misfortune of others.

I hate Ariel Sharon. I think that's been pretty well-established by my past posts here. But he did manage to do some good, late as it came. And right now he's a guy who suffered a stroke, who had massive internal bleeding in his brain. So **** you, Pat Roberton; I'd like to see how you explain away your own illnesses.

At some point, we need to give as good as he, and start boycotting those companies who advertise on his shows, the 700 Club, including those to appear on his show to sell their next book, movie, musical . . .

Kristin Chenoweth has alreay been criticized strongly for her appearance.

We need to do to him what he, and the rest of the right wing do to the rest of us. Boycot any business that finanically supports their show.

There are many more of us than them. We just sit back, laugh at the crazy fool, and move on. We need to get rid of this man's platform. How can we get the 700 club off the air?

OK - now I need a nap after all of that real thinking.

This is why I'm so happy to see my parents are slowly turning. As my dad said on the phone to me yesterday, "I can't believe New York City elected another Republican mayor. You can't elect another Republican ANYTHING."
And this is a man who once watched every airing of the 700 Club. The times, sir, they are a'changin'...once the hate rhetoric's been spewed, people will eventually see the real truth...and Pat Robertson's days are numbered.
Jesus is probably weeping right now over Robertson's hateful suggestion that HE would cause Sharon's stroke.

Bwaysinger, your father is indicative of what is going on all over this country. People finally looking at what is being said, and what has been done, and going WTF - this makes no sense.

I am glad he came to his senses, though Bloomberg is not your normal republican (at least for a view 3000 miles away).

Jesus is probably weeping over a lot of things done these past few years in his name. If he does come back (I am Jewish after all, so I have to use if, for you of faith, just read it as "When") he is going to be pissed. That is one day of reckoning I would really like to see.

I'm a big fan of "Who's Line is it Anyway?". This show is also on the ABC Family channel and Robertson comes on right after it. ABC always runs a disclaimer first, saying that the opinions expressed on the show are not theirs. I have a feeling that if they weren't tied in to a contract, they wouldn't have that ass on their network.
