"I don't really get the ending,all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang,and later she kissed him on the toilet,after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung,and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen,and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady?Please help me,thank u very much!"

Posted: 9/5/05 at 3:27pmSorry guys, but I saw her here in Chicago and wasn't too impressed. It was early on in the run though, maybe she got better. LOVE Patti though! She needed better direction in that show though, not so good on the acting when I saw it.

i've heard from reliable sources she barely cut it as "mama morton" in chicago.
what makes you think she could tackle "mrs. lovett" and succeed?

marquise - your reliable sources are very correct...
each time she was on stage she was like , "hi I'm Patti. Love me cause...well, I'm Patti"
And I do! But it was like watching her in a Patti concert rather than seeing her AS a character in the show. I blame the director for not giving her some better notes. Unless Patti doesn't take notes and got all diva on them.
But I have to say the biggest disappointment for me was Wayne Brady backing out at the last minute. REALLY love him!
