"Lolz! He hates black people!"
Anyone else come across these people?
now, now, cruel, as long as they are criticizing him, who are we to ask them for reasons why? or to justify their contempt?
jftr: i am not referring to anyone here, so don't go hog wild with every reason why you hate bush. i can read folks. it's not like it's a secret.
It's so appalling that there's a buffet of reasons to hate Bush, and the best someone can come up with is, "He says noo-koo-lar! Har, har!"

It's hard to be hip at 105
CS -
Kanye West was criticizing Bush for his Administration's reaction to Hurricane Katrina - I don't think there was anything "Hip" associated with his comments.
ywiw, did kanye have the "lolz" preceeding his statement?
frankly I find little to NOT criticize this Administration for.....
I can't stand people in my school who obviously know NOTHING about politics and hate Bush simply because Green Day does. It's fine to speak your mind, have your own opinions...if you're open about them, then more power to you. But when you can't back up why you hate someone, then it pisses me off.
OK, my rant's over. :)

Bush sucks and there are a million reasons why!
It also happened under Clinton, Bush I, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, JFK, Eisenhower, Truman, FDR, Hoover, Cal... need I go on because I will.
As did the people claiming the criticism was unjustified.
Much of the criticism of Bush is valid and there is no need to dismiss it out of hand, some of it is nonsensical, yet in a question like this it all becomes lumped and murky. Let us tackle the critiques on at a time and see what the facts are.

On 95% of my friends' Facebooks, their political views are: CONSERVATIVE.
We don't have too many Bush-bashers at my school.
You're right, smart. It happens with them all, which is ridiculous.
You make a lot of good points...take them as they come.
Well, Parks--look at the state you live in! lol
um, how is it considered hip to criticize someone who constantly makes an ass of himself? It's not hip, it's plain embarrassing......
ok, i'll share an ohio story. was out after work on night with some co-workers (all of whome were in positions of power in the company and whose salaries dwarfed mine). somehow the subject of dubya came up and i was quietly letting my co-workers vent about him until one of them pointed out that the worst thing he'd ever done was "invent the patriotic act." not knowing of this obviously new legislation, i inquired as to what this new law did.
"it lets them arrest people for not flying flags in their yards."
i began to giggle at my co-worker's mastery of sarcasm when one of them asked me what was so funny. it was then that i knew, she wasn't kidding.
well--it's true, papa. You hear more (yes, media chooses what to show) about peace activists and liberal groups being targeted the most by the Patriot Act--hence "it lets them arrest people for not flying flags in their yards".
i'm sorry, jerb, can you take off some of the foil, the reflection is blinding me.
the difference is that these folks were talking about the literal instance of being arrested for not displaying a flag in front of your home. it was ohio. literally.
oh--well if they were being literal, I completely hear what you are saying!! lol
oh they were. hence the addition of the "-ic" at the end of patriot.
OHHHHHHHH! If i had seen the ic--I would have totally been in your car!! OMG that is HILARIOUS!!
Papa, what the hell does "lolz" mean?

Yes, and people wear Che T-shirts because they're pretty. Your point?
I don't know what to say. I'm not even American. Take a deep breath and look at what has happened since he 'won' in 2000.
