This story I getting increasingly convoluted. Part Dr. Strangelove, part Tom Wolfe, part Savage Love, part network workplace drama brought to you by Shonda Rimes.
One of many interesting angles include the fact that the CIA and FBI hate each other. So I can understand the zeal and gamesmanship on the FBI's part.

Goth is saying that Petraeus started having this affair over a year ago JUST IN CASE there was a congressional hearing about an attack in Benghazi and HE NEEDED TO DESTROY HIS REPUTATION and the lives of two women and their husbands by having a nationwide scandal break out JUST TO GIVE HIM AN EXCUSE not to testify.

You really would have to be nuts that this is a Benghazi cover-up cover-up or that there is any story in Benghazi at all. Didn't almost of all the families tell Romney and Republicns to knock it off in politicizing their deaths?
Also Eric Cantor apparently knew about this affair and sat on it. Is he in on it too. If yes, you are a step away from tin-foil hats and Alex Jones.
