Jon Cryer (who I LOVE) was always a poor man's Matthew Broderick back in the 80's.

for a while, Kathy Griffin was the poor person's version of Vicki Lewis (while both NEWSRADIO and SUDDENLY SUSAN were on the air). Now Vicki has kinda disappeared (possibly into caretaking Nick Nolte) and Kathy has a new individuality. i just wish Vicki would do more musical projects....she's so talented as both a singer and an actress.

Ironically, in Dazed and Confused, Joey Lauren Adams has a leading role, and Renee Zellweger has one TINY onscreen moment but no lines.

Kathy Griffin is totally shameless. But funny. She pitched the idea about celebrity extreme makeovers and got herself a bunch of free surgery.

I know I'm gonna hear it for this, but Lillias (IMO) is ten times better than Jennifer, in voice, presence, character variations, etc.
Ever since Jennifer lost that weight, she hasn't been able to sing like she used to.
