Jay's designs are good, but he should put away the bath mat when he goes into the confessional.

I find Jay's designs really uneven; I thought he absolutely should have won the "collaboration" episode with Sarah Hudson--I think the producers directed the judges on that one, because his design was 10x better than Kevin's. But his "envy" dress? And his tin-foil dress for "innovation"? Not so great.

Austin is too fantastic to be real--I keep expecting to find out he's a fictional character added for excitement. The outfit when they went out dancing this week--the capri pants with the blousy top and the huge robin's egg blue sash? Fab-u-lous. I'm almost certain Audrey wore that in "Funny Face". But he's so Johnny one-note with his designs--drag queen dresses up a barbie doll.

Kara is so talented

My prediction, for what little it's worth!

The final three will be Austin, Jay, and Robert. Austin and Jay will make it based on their drama appeal to keep the audience each week. Robert will win because he's the most normal out of the three. The meltdown of Austin and Jay at the end will guarantee a huge audience for next season.

I think Kara is going to make it to the finals. She is in my opinion, the most talented one. She is the only one so far to win two challenges.

Chicago--if you believe (as I do) that these shows are scripted, planned and controlled from beginning to end, then there is no way that the final three will be three men (technically, Jay and Austin ARE men....)

*edit* Plus, Kara is going all the way.

Love the show! Did anyone else hate some of the models? Austin, however, is love. That dress last night, not. Kara is talented like everyone has said, and she seems to be the most 'together,' postive one. She also shares my name (different pronunciations) which gives me a giddy school girl affection for her.

I love Austin. He is my FAVORITE. I hope he pulls through this week and makes an amazing design like he usually does(wedding dres.. uh uh he definitely catered to the client). I think he got lucky this week, they gave him another shot because he is usually in the top.

I also like Alexandra. I definitely don't think she is the most talented, but she has potential. Maybe its just because she's relatively young, I don't know. But there's just smoething about her I like.

What is Broadway? A street? Some say it's a street. Some say it is the best street in the world. Others think its terrible. That's the beauty of it, it's terribly beautiful. Some hate it and don't know why. Others love it and don't know why. That's what makes it so wonderful, it's a mystery.

Alexandra is quietly going along making some great clothes. Her "innovation" dress (made of pantyhose) was sexy and chic and could have passed for an Alaia original, but we all were just swept away by Austin. That's Alexandra's problem so far--no personality.

I think she'll hang on for a while, though--we have to get rid of boring Kevin and Yucky Wendy and enfant Nora. From then on, it will be tough.

I'm hoping Mother Hen Wendy is given the boot next week. Never did like her, liked her even less after she turned on Austin and then ran his design down behind his back but told the model how pretty she was.

Also, may have to replace Robert with Kara for my earlier prediction - I forgot about her. She has been very consistent in designing great dresses.

I'm obsessed! I love Austin & Jay! Although Austin's wedding dress, if you'd call it that, was HIDIOUS (sp?). If you watch all the credits, at the end it says the voting was determines by the judges, with input from the producers & a team at BRAVO (or something to that extent) and think Austin's personality and drama is what saved him, becuase i was almost sure that he was gone. SOMEONE had to save him...

I heart Austin. But if he doesn't shape up he is going home. They have not liked his past couple designes. His Banana Republic dress was amazing, just not very realistic. I think if Nora (or anyone else for that matter)made that wedding dress she would be gone in 2 seconds. If Austin is anything Austin is good TV.

I felt so bad for Austin on this last challenge. It screamed him and he had the potential to go all the way. He just got the model who wanted to be "different"

Kara is a wonderful designer and the most consistent one. I think her and Alexandra are the only ones to not be in jeapordy of leaving (well they were never the bottom 2/3).

I can't wait for next week's episode.

"Sorry again muffin! You just can't tell around here sometimes!"

Ain't that the truth? I get pretty confused sometimes myself.

Who do you think will be eliminated next time? I'm not really sure...the judges pull some fast ones sometimes. I hope that the rock star guy wins...what's his name? (the one who won the rock star challenge)

Kevin won the rock-star challenge. He's like Alexandra, quietly making some good clothes, but he doesn't make great TV.

Wendy should be the next to go, but that would mean 3 women in a row (Vanessa, Nora and Wendy), so that is unlikely. They really have gotten rid of the dead-wood in terms of design skill; it's going to be really interesting from here on.

Austin has been the weakest lately, but he's such great TV---hard to say. Can't wait until next week!

Ok...it wasn't Kevin who I was thinking of then -- it was the guy who had the outfit in which the skirt could come off; the one who always wears the sunglasses. Do you know who I'm talking about or am I just being terribly confusing?

kara better win because i think she is the only one with a distinguishable style that carries through to each challenge. ok except austin. but i think he is far better suited for costume than real life. HOWEVER, the banana republic dress austin did -- I can't understand why the one judge was like 'oh it's just too fru fru for anyone to actually wear'. i would DEFINITELY wear it. :) although i agree the rest of his designs have been a little bit over the top.

Yeah--Thespian means Jay. And I think her confusion stems from the fact that Jay SHOULD have won the rock-star challenge. That outfit was rockin! And I agree that Austin's Banana Republic dress was good too, although (and I hate to admit it) drab Wendy's dress was probably more authentically Republic.

Oh my god, this show has become MY LIFE! It's amazing! Austin is my fave, even though his wedding dress was horrendous... I still think he's uber-talented and I love his drama queen personality. Jay is growing on me too, and I LOVE Kara. I despise Wendy, though.

Did anyone see next week's preview where Jay is bashing Austin's head against a wall and then (it looked like) Austin is humping someone at a bar? What's up with that?

Austin is such a terror to watch, and I wouldn't mind him being the next to go. Of course, I am rooting for Kara all the way. Her designs impressed from the Auction episode and on. Also, Austin has been in the bottom category for a long time.
I really enjoyed Starr's work, and wished that she had gotten another chance. Oh well, it's the way the game works.

i think i just watched the most recent episode yesterday. the one with the wedding dresses. I love that show haha. It's amazing how they can put the dresses and such together in such little time.

Did anyone see the interview with Austin in this week's Time Out? He claims to date men AND women.

Well, at least they can share his wardrobe.
