In ruling today that Proposition 8's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals left in place a stay preventing same-sex marriages from resuming in California.

So, when can we start getting married again?

I'm bumping this because in case no one already knew the marriages have been halted again while a federal appeals court reviews the decision that was made on February 7.
