Rick is sponsoring an event he calls "Do Over Day" in which all the proceeds from that day's sale of his book "Can I Get A Do Over?" will go the Japan's Tsunami Relief Fund. It's a very worthy cause and his book is quite inspirational. It's a nice end-of-the-year gift for teachers and/or religous ed instructors. Additionally, Rick will personalize every book purchased on that day.
"Do Over Day" is April 12th.

Tomorrow is "Do Over Day". Buy ordering a copy of Rick's book, you can help Japan's Tsunami Relief efforts. It's an enjoyable and inspiring book about people who have overcome adversity. There's also a real spiritual thread going through it that's appropriate for those who have strong religious beliefs. It's the perfect book for a year-end Thank You gift, Consider buying a copy and help the people of Japan at the same time.
Details can be found at the end of the article I wrote about Rick.

Thank you, Jay.
I really enjoyed writing this one. It was off-the-beaten-track and I found Rick to be an absolute pleasure to work with.
Now if we could only get him on Broadway. Do the Weisslers read this?

Thanks to the people here at BWW and others who responded to Rick's "Do Over Day", his book soared up on Amazon.Com's Best Seller list. The calculations aren't completed yet, but a substantial sum will be donated to Japan's Tsunami Relief Fund as a result.
It makes me feel really good to have played a small part in promoting Rick's magnanimous gesture.
