House of God!!! There was a time when I gave that an annual reading every July. (Age + BUN = Lasix dose....what's not to love.)

I finely gave in and just bought "The Da Vinci Code" for my MS Reader. To many of you have said it's a great read so I'm going to give it a go.

Just waiting on the e-mail to tell me it's ready for download and I'll start reading it on the bus.

I'll let you know what I think.

Just wanted to say this might take some time since I can't get the *&^%$ book to work on my pocket PC. This is the 3rd e-book I've bought and none of them have worked.

I'm more than a little ticked.

Now I have to buy the stupid book twice. Sigh.

Aloha all! This is my first post on the off topic board, 'cause up until now, my computer wouldn't let me into it for some reason....oh well. Anyway this is the perfect topic for me, since I get very upset with myself if I don't read at least a book a day. Today I'm reading Doomed Queen Anne; Mary, Bloody Mary; Beware Princess Elizabeth (ya can tell I'm into the Tudors; The Da Vinci Code; and finally The Loved One. The Loved One is actually rather funny, in a sarcastic dry sorta way, and my teacher thought I might find it interesting. I've gotta hit the library again tomorrow, I need more books to read!!!!!!!!!!

Bel Canto by Ann Patchett was excellent
Tudor novels are awesome, I agree. Has anyone read the Elizabeth trilogy by Margaret someone or other? One of them is Elizabeth and the Prince of Spain. Some of the first Elizabethan fiction I read.
