re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: The Mispronunci Jan 29 2004, 04:04:24 PM
Once I was talking to my grandparents and my grandmother asked me how "Thoroughly Modern Molly" was. And another time my brother asked me if we were going to see "32nd Street". I kinda looked at him weird and he realised his mistake.

re: Childhood Inspirations Dec 29 2003, 07:59:53 PM
Well when I was very young and I went to a new dance studio (my old one went downhill..) in 2nd grade, my new teacher kept talking about Fosse and we watched videos with some of his numbers and stuff in it and I just always wanted to do something Fosse because I thought it was soo cool. So he kinda inspired me to want to do tap when I was older. That changted tho. I dont really want to do tap anymore for a living although I still take it. :)

re: Your first Broadway Show Dec 24 2003, 12:40:15 AM
I'm young so I have only seen a couple of shows. The first one though was 42nd Street this summer in early July. It was me, my parents, my 2 brothers and their girlfriends and half my dance company. We were in the city for Danceamerica Nationals and my dance teacher got us tickets so we went and I loved it! :)

re: re: re: 'Phantom' to hit theaters with 'young, sexy' look - usatoday.com Dec 20 2003, 02:43:43 PM
really? young and sexy? well I think that then it wont be as good as the musical obviously. but I doubt that no matter how young or sexy it is I won't be able to drag my friends to see it!

broadwaygeek- yeah all my friends think im a wee bit weird since I love musicals and stuff. They are like: why don't you listen to normal music? and I just say that musicals are normal to me! the only person I can really talk about musicals to is my brother's girlfriend. She is 18 she also likes musicals.

re: People Between The Ages Of 13-19 On The Message Board Dec 19 2003, 05:28:51 PM

re: re: re: re: The score to your life Nov 25 2003, 09:54:25 PM
"Not for the Life of me" from Millie because I just want to get away from my small town life and get to the city as soon as possible!
"Throroughly Modern Millie" from Millie because I am dressing 'modern' ya know and my mom and dad hate it but its not like I walk around with ya know... inappropriate clothes its just that they say my jeans are too low.
"Mama, I'm a Big girl now" from Hairspray because my parents still think I'm they're little girl.
"Welcome to the 60s" becaus

I personally never have but my dance teacher said she walked out of a Chicago production of "Guys and Doll" because she said it was so badly choreographed.

re: re: re: re: Everyone Loves It But You...Why? Nov 23 2003, 03:16:01 PM
Mamma Mia. My mom made me go and she loved and I just think there are so many better shows than it.
