ETA: doesn't that email address suggest that reichen is the listing agent and not the seller? why would the seller have sothebys as part of his email? and doesn't reichen also work in real estate?

I think most information for book sales, like Soundscan, is a premium feature you'd have to purchase a membership for in order to view that info.
If it's not listed on a ranking scale like the Times bestseller list, that is.
