Well...I'm very curious about all this gay talk. He is awfully buff and well-moisturized for a straight man, but I'm going to need more than that. Once you eliminate the wishfull-thinking posts and the "my chiropractor's sister's best friend's manicurist slept with someone who KNOWS he's gay" posts, I'm not seeing any useful evidence.
One could make a convincing argument that it's none of my concern, (and I would agree) but the notion that he would carry the charade to the altar and beyond and that a woman as worldly (?) as Renee Z. would make that mistake is pretty fascinating. I mean, she's a hollywood star--she has hair and makeup people--she has met gay people.
With Liza and David, it was clearly a Faustian publicity bargain. But if it's true here, it seems like it caught her by surprise, and I just don't get how that happens. Even in a 10-day courtship, you'd think it would come up....

Kenney has sent out his ex-fiancee (three years!!!) with this hysterical statement:
Country star KENNY CHESNEY's ex-fiancee has come forward to clear up rumours the singer is gay following his shock split from wife of four months RENEE ZELLWEGER.
MANDY WEALS, who was engaged to Chesney for three years, admits she's puzzled as to why Zellweger has accused her ex of fraud in divorce papers - but she insists people are jumping to conclusions.
The 36-year-old, who is now married to a Tennessee developer, says, "Kenny's 100 per cent macho and definitely not gay. He loves women. I should know."
Chesney's publicist HOLLY GLEASON admits Zellweger's fraud claims have made her really busy.
She says, "The number one question everyone's been asking me after Renee declared the marriage a fraud is, 'Is he gay?' He's not."
"100% macho"--I love it!!!

Okay, I knew absolutely nothing about Kenny Chesney until one day browsing at the Holiday music and I see this Cd with a toned man and on the back it had pictures of a bunch of buff shirtless men wearing Santa hats. I thought, Oh a new gay Christmas album.
I personally don't find him attractive but he sets off everyone's gaydar, including mine. Have you heard the boy talk? Puh-leez! Nuff said!

Can't you just hear the advertisement: 'And introducing our newest employee at Beards-R-Us: Mrs. Hugh Jackman. Yes, her husband has too much affection for Oz. But he's not gay, he's just foreign. NOT! And stay tuned...we're working on an exclusive contract with Ms. Renee Zellweger.'

I'm that one guy who doesn't just fall down at the mention of "Hugh J--saviour of Broadway". I thought Boy from OZ was painful and I haven't seen the Wolverine movies, so I haven't been paying such close attention, but I was enjoying the unexpected frisson of a handsome-verging-on-pretty, very talented broadway musical actor who confounded all the expectctations by insisting on being straight. Is he really a 'mo?
Sort of a bummer....so predictable.
