It's not even, like, children who murder. It's just "rebellious children". But he's not a monster! "[Parents]must follow the proper procedure in order to have the death penalty executed against their children."

Judging by that, and some other views he's taken, this man should never have been elected. His views would be out of date even in the antebellum south.
