"I hate to ask, but what channel is Larry King on, this seems interesting."
LOL. To say the least.
It's hard to take sides in the Star-Walters debacle, since I have a low tolerance for both of them. Star has a reputation for being a diva pain in the a--, and her bridezilla dialing for dollars was really offensive.
Regarding Walters, it seems somewhat disingenuous (cowardly)that she took the stance that ABC did not renew Star's contract. She's the executive producer of the show, and if she wanted Star to remain, I think that would have been that. Seems she hid behind ABC, and couldn't wait to boot her. Fair enough. But her piety and her "I've been betrayed" act is a bit much.

I found it painful to hear fat Star Jones struggle for a breath between tirades, and more painful to hear not-so-fat Star Jones pontificate on anything, so I can't say I'll miss her. I was rather amazed that Walters engaged in the rebuttal, which came across more like pubescent hissy fit. It will be interesting to see if they pick up a moderating force for the coming season. The show desperately needs it.

I've watched "The View" once and that was only to see Angela Lansbury.
To me it is yet another morning chat show for white trash housewives and gay men.
Star is a laughable buffoon with a gay husband, a face that looks like it was from the film "Brazil," and a cliched attitude that is pro-religion and anti-gay.
I wonder if Elizabeth is quaking in her boots or if she thinks this is her chance to seize the show's spotlight.

She breathes like Idina on the Tonys.
