SAD NEWS...
Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.
Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled high with flours.
Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still was a crusty old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions.
Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, three children: John Dough, Jane Dough and Dosey Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.
The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.
I heard that Unce Ben attended .
May he RIP. At least we still have his cousin the Michelin tire man.
Mrs. Smith told me she was going to try to attend the funeral.
I am surprised Sara Lee didn't go. I know nobody doesn't like her, but her relations with Mr Fresh were strained, I hear tell, after Suzy Q got knocked up.
I saw an article about him recently. I didn't read it, though. It was just a puff piece.
SNAFU, Sara Lee and Doughboy were bitter enemies.
Don't you remebmer cinamon-rollgate?
Marie Calendar says, "Good riddance. He was a little pain in the ass, anyway."

Aunt Jemima wasn't invited to the funeral and is taking the matter up with the NAACP.
Are you really invited to funerals? I thought you just ... I don't know, showed up? But that totally sounds like Jemima to me - she's taken matters up with the NAACP before, hasn't she?
I hear the Morton's weren't invited either and cried salty teardrops.
But the Redenbachers popped in for a few minutes tp pay their respects.
But the question is, did Orville Redenbacher snub Paul Newman's funeral?
Yes, and he went out and had a Jolly Time.

Anyone here old enough to remember this Pillbury adsong?
"Say hello. Say hello.
To Popin' Fresh Dough.
It's such a nice.
Such a nice feeling.
To eat something fresh."
Dolly Madison was quoted as saying," He had buns to die for!" on her way to her DAR meeting.
I thought she would rise to the occasion.
I thought it was quite rude when the Campbell's pulled up in that souped up car of theirs with the music blasting and their kids Ben & Jerry screaming for ice cream.
