Yes... that was Martin Short.
But the 8pm episode was the "final" episode, from what I understand. Full of jabs at Fox and NBC "Live", "Death", and "3D" all in one episode, not to mention all of the mentions of being "Desperate" (a nod to a potential ABC pickup.)

I vote for Showtime! :) PICK IT UP!

I don't get Showtime - let ABC do it so it's more available. The show is too good for TV -- America is too stupid to appreciate it.

That was definitely NOT the final episode. I know there is one coming up in which it is revealed that there is yet another Bluth sibling - a long-lost sister, who will be played by Justine Bateman. The episode is entitled, you guessed it, "Family Ties".

I REALLY hope ABC picks it up, or HBO (I don't have Showtime)

but it just needs to be picked up....
