I will be playing a character named "Lady Lillian." I'm not a Princess and not a "helper," either.
There are only two union (AGVA) positions in the show: "Lady Lillian" and "Sir Elias." We sing, dance, and perform a script about how to be proper lords and ladies and prepare the youngsters for the Royal visit from the Princesses. Only "Lady Lillian" and "Sir Elias" are on mic.
There are 3 princesses per show. A pool of 6 princesses will be used, total. (Cinderlla, Snow White, Jasmine, Mulan, Aurora, and Belle.)
There are also "attendants" and "ladies in waiting" who are basically the "helpers" who will be down off the stage, in among the kids, helping them learn the little dance we're going to teach, etc.
The show is about 20 minutes long.
There will also be several storytelling performances thorughout the day, in a separate performing space. (Not on the main stage.) These will be interactive storytelling pieces, with the princess of the moment and either Sir Elias or Lady Lillian telling/acting out that particular princess' story, with help from the kids.
That's about all I can tell ya. =)
Oh! And the costumes are gorgeous.

Thanks for the info, Erika! I've been to Disneyland and California Adventure before and I exhausted WDW in December but this is the first time I've only gone with friends (read: without the restraints of family!) so I feel like it's all new again!
*leans forwards* How's Sir Elias?
And is Hercules wandering around? *licks lips*
