Oh my gosh! Elizabeth Hasselback! I can't stand her - and she has a show on Style network now. What a mess. I actually have tickets to a taping of the View when I am in New York in May. I just want to see it up close - like a train wreck I guess.

You can hate Barbara but you have to give props to someone who was a really a first in her field. The woman has interviewed everyone from Golda to Goldie - maybe not well - but still - it's an accomplishment.

Star is just lucky.And that luck is running out quick.

Anyone who can manage to interview every President Since Nixon and have no talent while doing it must be given at least the slightest ounce of respect for her sheer gall!

And for lasting, hell, prospering, 40 years in a business where women are discriminated against to this very day!

Barbara is just a wealthy woman, who got lucky. That's it. Her interviews are not that great, and she interviewed all these people because she could, not because she is great or deserves respect.

It's a close call-I can't bear to watch Barbara when she talks-she moves her hands around in strange ways while she lisps her histrionics. And if anyone saw her on Halloween, all dressed up as Marilyn Monroe, trying to walk sexy and talked with a little squeaky voice-well I threw up a lot not in my mouth.

I find it funny that Star admitted to the breast lift but denied the tummy tuck. Especially after denying she ever had any surgery to improve her "figure".

Thanks, Quib. Can't you just see it? When she gets angry, all the food in vicinity will fly to her rather than her handicapped sister spinning around in circles.

To the title of this thread, all I have to say is that some things in life are a damn shame.
