One person was killed and at least 13 injured when a rampaging man intentionally targeted pedestrians with his sport utility vehicle in San Francisco and Fremont on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

I live in the neighborhood he was arrested in,near where most of this happened, I've been at work downtown all day though...scary.
