Posted: 12/16/09 at 8:59pmUm, how many thousands of vultures took a shyt on Adam Lambert's suit to produce that huge pile of turd on his shoulder?

Posted: 12/16/09 at 9:27pmI wish you saw the turd suit. I thought it was a little early in Lambert's career to resort to something so stupid for attention.

Posted: 12/16/09 at 10:00pmDoes anyone know what happened to Russell's foot? I was only half paying attention, but I don't think they ever said.

LOL, I totally missed the turd suit, but I'm sure there will be pictures of it somewhere.
I don't know what happened to Russell's foot. But I sort of think Jakob should have won.

Posted: 12/17/09 at 10:13amI thought that song from AVATAR was terrible. I love Leona Lewis but that song went nowhere. Updated On: 12/17/09 at 10:13 AM

Posted: 12/17/09 at 11:00amJacob was the best dancer, but I can see how Russell ended up winning. He was inspiring and likable and was the underdog favorite of the judges. I knew it would be between the two of them and I was fine with either of them winning. Jacob will have a great career, regardless. He will be the next Travis Wall or something to that effect. I was just upset that Ashleigh was in the final over Mollee, who I felt was more deserving of the spot. Ashleigh is great, but she missed on of the most critical weeks ad Mollee, Russell and Legacy really demonstrated the greatest amount of growth throughout the show.

"Jakob was robbed. What a horrendous outcome."
I agree, but in a way he wasn't robbed. I'm sure he's got work lined up and will have the same career if not a better one than if he won. After all, the winner gets what - a title?

Posted: 12/17/09 at 11:25amI guess Russell's foot wasn't that badly injured after all...

It appeared that Russell was injured enough not to perform complex choreography, but he was ok for simple movement, sort of like Ashleigh's injury that got her into the finale.
The Avatar and Mary J. Blige songs were pretty boring. I listened to half the Adam Lambert song and skipped the rest. To me, he just looks like he's trying too hard, but if he loves that look, then, whatever. He can share a closet with Björk. I actually enjoyed the terribly lip-synced Jennifer Lopez number, silly as it was. It's actually a fun little song.

I have yet to see a female performer dance up to her full potential, and it's because of the damn high heels they have to wear these days to be trendy.
I don't think J. Lopez is as clumsy as she looked last night in those shoes. I remember how good a dancer she was way back in "Selena." Last night was no comparison.

Posted: 12/17/09 at 1:06pmRussell was very likeable, so I can see how he won too. And I also agree that Mollee should have been in the finale over Ashleigh.

Posted: 12/17/09 at 1:29pmI would have been fine with any of the top 3, but I really thought it would have been between Cathryn and Jakob. I thought Russell might have hurt himself during the first number, as when he came out on stage he was crying because of the pain.

The winner gets more than a title. They get to grace the cover of American Dancer magazine, take home $250,000, and a third thing I forget.
But I agree, Jakob will have a career no matter what. Russell needed the win more, even if he was the worser dancer of the two. Still, both are deserving and the outcome is what it is.
As for Adam Lambert, I actually like the songs I have heard so far from his CD (which is only two). I just wish his performances would be properly edgy instead of grossly edgy. The whole goth look is unappealing to me, and not just on him, but his band, too. They either need to tone it down or go in a new direction. They should look to Panic at the Disco for inspiration...

Oh, I saw it and there is no excusable explanation. It was hideous. I immediately thought it looked like a flying moose took a big dump on Adam from overhead.

Posted: 12/17/09 at 3:12pm^ No! I wish it were. When they took a tight shot, you could see that it was in separate black pieces and they looked exactly like what you see on the sidewalk if someone didn't pick up after their dog.
