Sarah Paulson

Posted: 5/13/05 at 4:25pmThe fact that the "Gentleman Caller" scene got chuckles really disturbed me, too. Josh Lucas was terrible. He was playing it for laughs, you could tell, while Ms. Paulson was bearing her soul. I would see the production again just for her.

I think the production as a whole is flawed the glass menagerie itself is almost unrecognizable, and I just thought Paulson's was the most honest and least gimmicky portrayal. I've seen it a few times (I kept wanting to really like the show) and she breaks my heart everytime.

She's just so purty.
I just watched an episode of Nip/Tuck that she was on, she pops up all over the place!

Watched a screener of "Swimmers" today. It's making it's way around the festivals and definitely an art house picture. Stellar work from Cherry Jones (will someone please just hand her an Oscar)
And Sarah gives a lovely nuanced performance. She blew me away in it (once again)

Not yet, no distributer yet.
There is a website that has more info on the general production and some pix.

"BTW, am I the only person who liked "Leap of Faith"?"
Psha, I liked this show... I'm pretty sure I only watched it for Sarah though... lol It's weird... I have some fascination with her... and the Tonys just made it stronger!

I saw the trailer for Serenity (looks like a sci-fi mess) but I didn't see her in it
She did mention she's been auditioning, so hopefully she'll be on stage in a different show soon after Glass.
mef-I adore you :)

A bump b/c Sarah's going to be filming the movie "Diggers" in NYC with Paul Rudd.
There was also a mention of her doing an off-Broadway show that starts I think next week (but I forgot to ask the name of it) anyone know?

I LOVE Sarah Paulson!! She went to my high school and I've met her many many times, and she is one of the sweetest people I've ever met.
And she did a fabulous job in The Glass Menagerie.

She's cute, but I'm more into Cherry.
I haven't seen her performance in Menagerie yet, so I can't rate her performance in that as hot or not quite yet.
