Does he have enough proof though? A picture of a guy leaving Graham's home in my opinion is not enough proof.Wasn't Graham mentioned in the film OUTRAGE?

Yes, but Mike Rogers doesn't out people because they have effeminate voices or mannerisms.

He outs them if they secretly have sex with men while consistently voting or working to deny civil rights to other men who have sex with men.

He waits--sometimes years--cultivating firsthand sources until he has multiple, verifiable accounts and then he consults his lawyers.

Only then does he confront the politician. The politician invariably has to out himself or deny it like Larry Craig did after Mike Rogers confronted him.

And he has NEVER been wrong.
