My dad will not eat Wendy's because they use worms as preservvatives. I still think their burgers taste more meat-like than McDonald's do.
Last week my aunt stopped to get something to eat at a McDonald's (don't ask me why) and while she was waiting in line I grabbed one of their little nutritional pamphlets and opened it to the hamburger ingredients. I could SWEAR it said "100% All-Beef Patti" with an I!
Maybe I'm just crazy, but I'm almost POSItIVE that's what it said.

Posted: 6/21/06 at 10:26amI saw the other day that Starbucks is just as bad as the fast food joints. Some of their baked goods have more fat and calories than a Quarter Pounder, and more trans fat.

Other things American's spend more money on than education:
-war
-prison costs
-tax breaks for fortune 500 companies
-oil
-natural disaster cleanup
Oddly enough, America spends more money on education than any other industrial country, yet for every dollar the US spends on education it gets worse results than any other industrial nation.

Well, I admit, I love me some McD's every once in a while, but honestly, I probably don't eat it more than four or five times a year. And when I do, i thoroughly enjoy it! All in moderation I say.
So, yes the stuff sure is bad for you, but once in a while in an otherwise healthy diet works fine for me. I saw Supersize Me - good movie and a bit scary overall!
