For the record, in our family the term 'skinny bitch' is considered redundant.

I had a nice t-bone tonight and was asked if I wanted tofu "sour cream" for my potato? And, the kids refused to eat their ham after a litle skinny lecture!

I finally finished the book and the little p.s. at the end wasn't what I had read. They just simply said they really don't give a rat's ass about being skinny. They want to be healthy and want their readers to be, too. We're never all going to look like super models. It just encouraged you to be the healthiest you you can be. I found it refreshing after I felt like the book was tearing you down the whole time. I am glad I read it and am happy with my choices.

Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!

My wife has followed the book strictly. The grocery bill increase is alarming. My son complained that there is nothing to eat but this nutritous junk!

I just gave up meat. I was going to stick with seafood, but I have only had that once in the last month. I am not planning on doing the vegan thing. I pretty much cut my dairy in half and rarely do eggs.

As far as junk foods, there are a lot of healthier choices they recommend. Newman's Own Fig Newman's are up there as are Terra Chips. You can find those anywhere.
