okinawa refers to Jack Murtha who mentioned that we do not need troops in Iraq, that troops currently stationed in Okinawa could be dispatched to Iraq in hours if needed. I don't know why that's such a ridiculous statement that you need to rename the person who said it.

It does make me dream of a good nickname for George W: Prezel-choker?
