It's not great but it's still progress!!!! Let's hope this is only the beginning!
Opposition to Gay Marriage Declining!
Thank you for posting this, Katy, I loves ya!
Meanwhile, New Hampshire legislators voted down a gay marriage ban. Let's hear it for positive stuff.
I note it's still in the northeast, Calvin. Don't you just love our Homeland in the south?
(trying to think of something positive from the South)
Uh, The Skank is probably going to waste her inheritence on a futile run for one of Florida's U.S. Senate seats.

So you're refugees from the South then?
You could say that, Cookie.
And, Calvin, La Harris is in NO danger of becoming destitute (even if she were broke, she appears to have some pact with Satan to keep her in Aqua Net in perpetuity) because her husband is luh-hoaded.
OK, here's some funny news. It's a nice profile of blowhard Bill O'Reilly from the New Yorker. This part had me laughing out loud.
During this period of forced inaction, he later wrote, “on a visit to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, I stumbled upon an amazing story. The tiny fishing village of Provincetown had become a gay mecca!” O’Reilly took a cameraman there and did a piece on the dangers this posed to local kids, but the network wouldn’t air it. Not long after that, he left.
Wow, Bill! What a scoop! There are gay people in Provincetown? What's next? Your surprising find of lobster-killers in Maine?

bet old Bill was worried about getting scooped on that one.
I love that the network wouldn't air it. They probably realized that the man was absolutely off his rocker!

Wow, Bill's quick on the uptake, eh? I grew up going to the Cape, and I think by the time I was about seven years old, I had figured out Provincetown was gay mecca...Geez Bill, real investigative journalism there...
I hate to sound like Pollyanna, because I am far from it, but this goes to show how far we've come as a society, and that ignorance is usually the problem. Once more relatives, coworkers and friends came out and Will and Grace became everyone's favorite rerun, gay people dont seem that threatening anymore.
Thank you for posting this Katy...those numbers are remarkable, IMO.
Watch out, Calvin, looks like your bigotry towards the Irish is showing.
Darling, there was a REASON I didn't wear green on St. Patrick's Day.
Hey now! My people aren't ALL bad. And I bet if we do a little digging on our friend Bill we'll find that he's not really Irish- he's German.
That explains his obsession with creating a world that fits his exact vision...
*Katy, you know I'm 'rish, too!
Cookie's German, too. Avoid him, Katy.
Damn Germans. Cookie, you can always come to the green side. We have liquor!!
Liquor? What?
