There's a show about baseball I keep forgetting the name of. I know Philip Quast sang one of the songs on his 'Live At The Donmar' CD, gimme a sec...
Okay, it's a musical revue by Craig Carnelia called 'Diamonds', and it's all about baseball. What a shocker, eh? 
'And They're Off' from 'A New Brain' seems to be about horse-racing, in part, so that might be relevant? I don't know. Depends what sports you're after. And that's about as good as I get. Sorry. ^_^
('You'll Never Walk Alone' has been adopted as the anthem for Liverpool football club here in the UK. It's not an adoption I approve of, being an Everton supporter and a lifelong R&H fan, but maybe you can work with it if people are willing to be flexible with you.)

There's a song from one of the Falsettos shows about a baseball game, but I'm blanking on the name.
Sports and Wine by Ben Folds comes to mind as well. Not a showtune, but nevertheless enjoyable.
