Anyone know of any good websites that give you examples for at home work outs for your stomach and abs?

just do some crunches. not that i'm awork-out expert, but if you want to get your stomach flat, cardio will do the trick. If you just work out your abs, you'll be building muscle that's hidden behind belly fat, which cardio gets rid of.

You should do a variety for a couple of reasons--to avoid boredom and to confuse your muscles. If you do the same thing, your muscles will get used to it. Choose the ones you like doing, but ultimately, you will want to ensure you are reaching each group of abs. You've basically got your upper abs, lower abs and obliques (sides) to simplify.
