Well, you certainly can't call this season boring. What a waste of carbon on the planet is Colton. Buh bye.

Voting out John was a beyond stupid move. I'm just sitting here shaking my head.

Eh, he had two clues for the idol. I don't think it was that stupid.
I'm still delighted a week later that Rupert was the very first one to be gone for good. Good riddance to Colton, too.
Aras makes me wet.

Still not watching but read what happened on Entertainment Weekly. I'm glad Probst gave Colton a piece of his mind.
"Aras makes me wet"
His smile and attitude me sick.

OMG, 5 minutes into the show and Colton is crying like a 2 month old baby. WTF. I'm so glad he left.

May we never have to see Colton again in our lives. Good riddance. (And love that Jeff didn't hold back).
And, I agree about Rupert. Enough! Glad he's off the island.
I seriously dislike Redemption Island.

Having 2 clues to the idol was absolutely no reason to vote off one of your physically strongest members in an already weak team.
Idiots.
Idiots.

The only good part of the episode was saying goodbye to Colton. Talk about a hateful player!
Poor John. It wasn't fun watching him get voted out, and wasn't too smart on their part either.

Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco.
Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!

It's not like John's presence was leading them to victory or anything. Has there ever been a season where a tribe consisting of returnees didn't trounce a tribe of newbies over and over?

Even, still. They kept the weaker players and got rid of a physically fit stronger one. Stupid move.

I can sort of see how they targeted him not just for having the clues, but how he got them considering they watched how well Candice is doing on Redemption. They would have been a real threat as a power couple should he survive the merge and she keeps performing well. But if they really wanted to eliminate a strong player as a threat, they should have targeted Culpepper. But after voting off Marissa, it was pretty clear this tribe isn't about making smart decisions.
Glad Colton is gone. If he was stressed out about his "image", then he's going to have a lot more anxiety in his future after this. LOVED how Probst pulled absolutely no punches addressing him. Probst lives for the villains and relies on them to keep the buzz and the ratings up. It's clear he was pissed that Colton ruined his casting scheme yet again. Perhaps it's time for Probst to switch gears in his casting strategy.

It really seemed like Probst didn't want Colton there and used him quitting to just spill the T and say "Get out and stay out".
Loved it.

I actually think just the opposite. Probst cast Colton again because he knew there would be major drama from him after he found out that he wasn't going to be playing with his boyfriend.

Just read this interview. Someone is still making excuses a year later...
And this...
"What are you up to next?
I'm in school right now and really enjoying that. I'm studying Elementary Education and working in a kindergarten. I love all my kids."
Those poor children. I am K-5 teacher's aide at a learning difference school and I could not possibly see how this evil obnoxious little crybaby could be a teacher.

YES!! That was an awesome tribal council! Caleb is a far better player than his fiancé ever was. LOVED IT!

**SPOILERS**
This is turning out to be one of the best seasons in a while (yes, I realize it is still VERY early!). There are some people that I really like emerging (Caleb and Vytas), while the ones I am not particular fans of (Colton, Rupert, Brad) are being taken out early on. Should make for a VERY interesting Redemption Island, I just hope Monica does not take Brad's spot!

LOVED last night's episode. Katie and Ciera's faces said it all. Can't wait for the next Redemption Island duel. I feel like the merge is going to coming sooner rather than later, no?

Interesting episode. There are so many more variables to consider this season before they vote and Aras is really strategizing well. Laura B's transaprent attempt to stir up trouble was just painful to watch. She got really lucky Aras was thinking two steps ahead in voting strategy. Hopefully, Culpepper gets knocked out in the next round. His non-apology to Candice was hilarious. "I'm sorry for, you know, whatever." Meanwhile, did Cat watch her previous season and think she was rockin' the hoodie?

Those poor girls with their infected feet and bug bites!
I'm looking forward to having the tribes mixed up next week (at least that's what it looks like from the preview at the end of last week's episode).
Wouldn't mind seeing Cat voted off early. Have never liked her.
And, ps, how the hell did Colton end up with such a cutie boyfriend?

Some relationships are just unexplainable. Poor Caleb.

Oh, that's sad news. I remember his time on Survivor well.
Regarding this season - I've been SO happy with the last two votes. Kat couldn't leave fast enough for me - have never liked her. And Laura B. was just beyond annoying. What a dumb mistake she made. May we never have to hear about her or Rupert again!
Glad the merge is here. Things are going to really heat up now!

Survivor host Jeff Probst and some of the show’s contestants that competed in the Philippines are now doing their part to help raise money for the country that was hammered by Typhoon Haiyan. Probst and former players like Lisa Whelchel, John Cochran, Malcolm Freberg, Phillip Sheppard, and Jonathan Penner will be participating in a CBS television stations – Red Cross fundraiser for victims of Typhoon Haiyan that will be taking place on CBS-owned TV stations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Probst and the contestants will be speaking and answering phones to raise money for the American Red Cross relief effort. In addition, Probst is recording a Red Cross PSA for victims of Typhoon Haiyan that will air immediately after Wednesday’s episode of Survivor and direct people to the Red Cross to donate.
Survivor is currently airing the third out of four seasons that were shot consecutively in the Philippines. Fall 2012’s Survivor: Philippines and spring 2013’s Survivor: Caramoan — Fans vs. Favorites were both shot in Caramoan, while the current Blood vs. Water installment as well as next spring’s season (which was filmed over the summer) were shot in the Cagayan province.
