There was definitely personal stuff being wafted around about Bush too, but certainly not to this disturbing degree. It just seems to me that the next 3 years are going to be a test of how far our society has
actually come. As of right now, especially with the blatant lies and attacks on Obama, it doesn't feel very far. I'd just like to see one Righty whackadoodle have the balls to just say it on Fox News already: "He's black and we don't like it. Some of my best friends are black...but for president? Preposterous!!!" Instead of the constant BS that they're conjuring out of thin air.
And to wrap up the other stuff: Peanuts is great. Where else can you get a damn near chronically depressed youngin with a bff who cuddles with a blanket, a crush on a little red headed girl, can't connect with a football to save his life all set to the music of, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest musicians of all time Vince Guaraldi? You can't tell me "Christmas Time is Here", the instrumental or the version featured on the show, isn't a beautiful song. By the by I'm 23 and grew up on Peanuts, so where's the "I'm young" argument coming from?
