Sports Night is still my favorite show, running or cancelled. Thankfully it lives on on DVD and in my heart.

Profiler--Ally Walker should never have left the show.

Kevin Hill--Would Kevin have gotten the baby back?

Strong Medicine--Very abrupt ending, with no warning.

Remember WENN! It's still my favorite show of all time. Rupert Holmes at his best, plus, it had Carolee Carmello - singing.

I'd also like to chime in on Arrested Development and Freaks & Geeks.

I was going to say Filthy Rich, but I wonder how long the show could have ridden out that '80s primetime soap spoof premise. But definitely some of the funniest one liners ever written for television.

Another vote for Firefly (watching "Mrs. Reynolds" right now!), Buffy (didn't care much for Angel though), Action, Arrested Development, L&O: TBJ, Oz...

Sad about Sex and the City. I don't know if it was cancelled "before its time" because their story arcs were concluded very well, but I'm sad to not have the fab four to look forward to every week anymore!

I don't know if I agree w/ Firefly... they decided to finish the series w/ the movie Serenity.

I'd have to say a show cancelled before its time was Futurama. Seems like they stopped making new episodes too soon.
