I think the below is a horror, an insult to the memory of millions who have died. But that's just me:

Yeah, it's an eyebrow raiser. And damn ugly, too. I'm not sure if I think it's tasteless or not.

Last Christmas I gave some stocking stuffers from Think Geek called "Plush Microbes" which are stuffed animal versions of virus. They're funny and stupid, and I chose ones like "Mad Cow Disease" and "E Coli." They did have an "HIV" but that one did make me uncomfortable, though.

I got my sister a plush microbe! The stomach flu one, I believe.

If I recall, money from the HIV ones--or part of it, at least--went to AIDS research.

To each their own, but I think it's completely tasteless. And not in the fun, trashy way. I could never imagine wearing something like that.
