While I'm usually uninterested in stories like this, I DO enjoy the fact that politicians often use words NEVER uttered by the general public.
Have you EVER known anyone to use the word CERTITUDE in normal conversation? Let alone in THIS context? . lol... "Just thinking how George Carlin would have concocted a routine on this.
